Dr. Nickolay Kiryuhin, Ph.D. of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, member of the Academy of Technological Sciences of Ukraine, Head of the National Contact Point for the Seventh Framework Programme of the European Union) has a category of "former scientist of defense industry - nuclear weapons"

Has more than 20 years of experience in management of scientific and technological public organizations, 30 years of experience in creating of innovative products and services (nuclear industry; materials for aerospace and microelectronics; technologies and equipment for the chemical/pharmaceutical industry, counter-terrorism equipment), local expert in a number of projects that were funded by the European Commission in Ukraine, including the preparation of technical specifications for the project TWINNING for the space industry.

Participated in the preparation of the Strategy of development of the space industry 2007-2012 and the Development of space industry in 2007-2011, namely the identification of new areas for research and technology commercialization; participated in the National contact point, direction of "Space", of the 7th Framework Programme of the European Union and Horizon 2020. Has many years of experience in managing of grant projects, SMEs, management of research projects.

Has more than 60 scientific publications and patents, 2 monographs, three times winner of the All-Union competition on physics of radiation damage of USSR. Created lecture course "New technologies and equipment" in the National University of Pharmacy (2000-2002) and co-author of textbooks for high school physics (more than 500 thousand copies).

In 1987 he was elected first vice-president of the Union of Scientific and Engineering Associations of Ukraine. Establishes scientific and technical contacts with scientists and engineers from Russia, Belarus, Moldova, China, Turkey, Germany and Poland.

In 1982 he was awarded a diploma of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR, in 2005. - Medal. VP Glushkov.

In 1991. elected as a member and vice-president of the Academy of Technological Sciences of Ukraine.

In 2006. elected a foreign member of the Academy of Engineering Sciences of Prokhorov.

Yegorov Krivulko dedicated his life to the introduction of computer technology in transportation. After all, he was always confident that the information and modern means of management is urgently needed to make sound management decisions in such important sectors as transport.

Vasily Krivulko from 1970 to 1975 was directly involved in the reform of the road center of scientific and technical information and the introduction of computer technology in the South-Western Railway.

In 1972, this work by the Ministry of Transport of the USSR awarded "Honorary Railroader."

In 1982 he was awarded the Diploma of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR.

In 1987, Yegorov was elected first vice-president of the Union of Scientific and Engineering Associations of Ukraine. This job requires a lot of time and effort - VS Krivulko establish scientific and technical contacts with scientists and engineers from Russia, Belarus, Moldova, China, Turkey, Germany and Poland. In 2006, Yegorov was elected a foreign member of the Academy of Engineering Sciences. AM Prokhorov.

In collaboration with the Institute of Cybernetics VS Krivulko involved in the development project to build data center in South-Western Railway using domestic computers, which have become key rail USSR.

Anatoliy P. Shpak - known scientist in the field of solid state physics, materials science, who conducted the study entirely new class of nanomaterials - metal clusters. National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Honored Scientist of Ukraine, twice winner of the State Prize of Ukraine in Science and Technology, Anatoly Petrovich was well known in academic circles both in Ukraine and abroad - a member of many national and international scientific societies and committees , a leader of the Committee for the State Prize of Ukraine in Science and Technology, and was the author of over 470 scientific works, including 36 monographs.

Anatoly P. Shpak - author of several hundred scientific papers. Physicist and material science, the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (1973), academician of the USSR (1987), Honored Scientist of Ukraine, laureate of the State Prize of the USSR (1988) and the USSR (1974) in the field of science and technology.

He graduated from the Kiev Polytechnic Institute in 1952. In 1955-1973 he worked at the Institute of Metal Physics, Academy of Sciences of USSR, from 1973 - Director of the Institute of Materials Science, Academy of Sciences of the USSR. From 1974 to 1990 - Vice-President of the USSR, Chairman of the Section of Physical-Technical and Mathematical Sciences of the Presidium of the USSR.

The range of his research interests cover a number of urgent problems of modern metallurgy, solid state physics, including physics of strength and plasticity, phase transformations in metals and alloys, powder metallurgy, physical chemistry and technology of ceramic and composite materials. Investigated the development of phase transformations in steels, titanium alloys and other metals at high heating and cooling processes of the formation of austenite, electro-heat treatment of steel. Studied the mechanism of deformation and failure of transition metals with bcc, different types of dislocation structures arising from the strains.

He is credited with creating the physical foundations of the theory of strength and plasticity of natural and artificial materials for different purposes. He is the author of the theory of strain hardening and fracture of polycrystalline metallic materials, as well as the founder of the school of the same name. Developed (1968-70) theory of ductile-brittle transition, taking into account the effect on the temperature of brittleness of structural and substructural factors and features of the electronic structure of crystals, first showed (1963) that the formation of cellular dislocation structures not only leads to an increase in strength, but also to reduce the brittleness , developed the optimum conditions of thermomechanical treatment of chromium, molybdenum and tungsten. Laid (1968-75) foundations of the technology of production and processing of refractory metals. In particular, a series of alloys of chromium, molybdenum, tungsten and other refractory metals with a high level of physical and mechanical properties. Completed work on the synthesis of diamond and diamond-like compounds. First developed the physical principles of obtaining a "viscous" ceramics, including on the basis of diamond and other superhard materials. Peru VI Trefilova owns more than 800 scientific works, including 15 monographs. He received more than 220 patents and certificates issued in different countries.
